Yes, all orders have ATL (authority to leave) unless organised with us prior to dispatch.

On delivery, if no one is available to receive the order the courier has Authority To Leave (ATL) the order on the property. Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the parcel rests with the buyer. Carmen & Me does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered.

Due to customs requirements, unfortunately we can not ship to PO Boxes internationally. Please provide us with a private or business street address.

Your order is shipped Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DTU).

Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on the package. VAT, taxes and/or duties are not included in the shipping fee or the product price.

Taxes and/or duties are not within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to. Depending on delivery location customs fees and charges may be payable. This is a responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Carmen & Me. Any orders refused at delivery for this reason will incur the return shipping fee.

To organise a return please contact info@carmenandme.com referencing your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation number (#RA) within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Please note items must be in original condition to qualify for #RA approval.

On full priced items Carmen & Me is happy to offer full refund as long as items are returned in its original condition.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return.

On full priced items that have been purchased with a promotion code with a discount up to 15% off or above, Carmen & Me is happy to offer you an online credit will be issued. Valid for 12 months.

Promotional codes with a minimum spend or minimum quantity will not be honoured if an order does not meet the minimums upon return.

Returns for art prints will be assessed on case by case basis. We don't offer returns on Wall Art items for change of mind.

Returns must be organised and shipped back postmarked within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Afterpay purchases are subject to standard return policy. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed through Afterpay and any payments made will be fully refunded.

Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for processing, excluding public holidays in VIC.

Once processed you will receive an email confirmation of the refund amount, exchange item(s) or online credit.
